All audio recordings, artwork, logos, branding, written content, and any other creative works that are **conceived, commissioned, or otherwise created directly by Renewal Music Collective (\u201cRMC Content\u201d)** are the exclusive property of Renewal Music Collective. RMC Content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws worldwide.<\/p>

4.2 Member & Third-Party Content  <\/p>

Any content that is **uploaded, streamed, or otherwise provided to the site by a member, collaborator, or guest (\u201cContributor Content\u201d)** remains the sole and exclusive property of that contributor. By submitting Contributor Content, the contributor grants RMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and promote the content on the site and RMC-branded channels for as long as the contributor wishes to participate.<\/p>

4.3 Voluntary Participation & Removal  <\/p>

Contributors who are **not formally signed to RMC** (including those participating under a *\u201cFriends of Renewal\u201d* collaboration tier) may join or leave the site at any time. Upon written request, RMC will promptly remove\u2014or, if mutually agreed, credit differently\u2014any Contributor Content and associated references within a commercially reasonable timeframe.<\/p>

4.4 Prohibited Uses  <\/p>

\u2022 Unauthorized use of either RMC Content or Contributor Content may result in legal action.<\/p>\n
